It's Halloween here in Japan. Lots of parties. Lots of drinking. Lots of gratuitous sex.
I'm staying home, working on this article. Gratuitously.
Monsters
Halloween is the day that we pretend to be monsters and ghouls and ghosts –not realizing that on some level we really might be what we fear.
One has only to look at politicians—and those that enable them— to understand that.
Children die in foreign countries because of it.
And in just a few days we have a trick-or-treat US election.
Each political party offers treats to the voter. Poisoned. Always fatal for somebody.
The children will keep on dying.
Which monster is winning?
Of course the polls conducted by the mass media and most think tanks, see Harris winning by a hair, despite her being depilated and mostly incoherent about everything. She promises to kill more kids. And cackles like the Wicked Witch.
But Trump , also a Zionist ghoul, has been buoyed up by the performances of Elon Musk, RFK, and especially JD Vance, each of whom has his own constituency it seems. There may not be a big war like the NeoCons want – but someone is going to suffer anyway
.No matter who wins--It will be one of those "contested elections". Not like the elections in Georgia or Venezuela, with a verdict of the public was clear and where the electoral processes were more transparent than one could hope for in the US.
In the end— it doesn't matter.
Electile Dysfunction
This is not a” turning point “ for the US. Nothing will change. The slow slide towards division and eventual dissolution will continue. It is definitely NOT a “tipping point” for the US of A.
It is however indicative of a tipping point for the world.
As I've written in my special report, Trump and Harris are just products of the system. Junk DNA, if you like.

In biology, especially epigenetics, a “tipping point” is a systemic change as a result of the cumulative effect of the wide rhizomatic range of smaller changes in different areas—which appear in “junk DNA” – molecular Harris’ and Trumps.
We replaced Neanderthals as a result of non-coding micro RNA which affects gene expression – which in turn changed our bodies and minds – and gave us an evolutionary edge in terms of cognitive and social performance. We weren’t smarter. In fact, we had smaller brains. But we were more creative, more social and neotenous—and had a better shoulder joint for throwing. We also had dogs —wolf symbiotes.
But it took a long time for these genetic tweaks to reach the threshold of full expression— driven by challenges in the environment.
Neanderthals were once successful adaptations. Then they weren’t.
American society also has had it's day-- but now it too is an evolutionary has-been. Neanderthals couldn’t compete with Homo Sapiens, although they did have sex. The West cannot compete with BRICS – but it will have sex with it too – or “trade” (the “oldest profession”)—before disappearing in its present form.

Jacques Sapir, the renowned French economist writes of this civilizational and economic tipping point.
Potentially, the "de-dollarized" portion through BRICS Clear in the coming 5 years would be between 70-80%, thus representing between 19.5% and 25.5% of global trade. Mechanically, the Dollar's share in international transactions would decrease accordingly.
If we estimate that the currency share in Central Bank reserves roughly reflects these currencies' use in trade, the Dollar's share could decline from 58% of total identified reserves to around 35-40%.
And...

In other words, the US has to start paying its way. The free ride it enjoyed is gone, as a result of being the world’s bully has ended. It cannot compete with the new civilization emerging as a result of BRICS – not economically or morally – not militarily.
Cracks are appearing. At home, with division and a possible dissolution. Abroad, with one defeat after another.
Does Israel deserve to exist? That’a question more and more people are asking.

Chappy
Chappy will have a very large cage with a hammock bed until he gets used to life here with Ichi and I. And, of course, his fish toy.
It will take about a month before he is ready to roam around. Fortunately, I am around all the time. Feral cats need a LOT of together time. Fortunately, he is sweet tempered. And so is Ichi. My apartment is small but has lots of vertical space set up for cats.
