Quite frankly, who doubts that this video is a propaganda montage? And then, there is something even simpler: what was a US Reaper doing in this area? Let's imagine a Russian drone off the American coast (Atlantic or Pacific). The American fighter would have shot it down (they shoot the weather balloons), the Russian ambassador in Washington would have been lectured by the State Department and the American press would have made an outcry about the Russian aggression and the legitimate and proportionate reaction of the USA.

American bullshit is exhausting but inexhaustible.

Who doubts it is propaganda footage. Sadly, most of the public in the West.

or the majority of the Western media which set up their propaganda as general opinion?

Other things odd: in the first part of the video, the drone is flying towards the sun; whereas the second part shows the sun on the port side of the (other) drone. Other odd item: the background originally is mostly of the Black Sea, with coastline on the left. The background towards the end in mountainous.

Could be that the turbulence rotated the drone 90°, flying south. Not likely that the original fuel dump did not alter the flight path, and the second by 90°.

I doubt there was a fuel dump. The video does not show it, as a pointed out in an earlier analysis.

Shouldn't the broken blade be bent in the opposite direction?

Indeed, and your point, of course, transcends the situation at hand....and is relevant to this huge MSM propaganda unleashed on the collective West.

Good question. The Su27 is an interceptor. Its video is probably attached to the gun sight s in most fighter aircraft. When the safety comes off the weaponry, the video activates automatically to record engagement, As far as I know, anyway. You, of course, see the occasional cockpit video but these are usually for PR purposes or self-recorded with a smartphone.
