Street of dreams

Yes, you have to be asleep. But really there is no one dream. As you sleep you wander a winding street that takes you from one dream to another— variations on a theme.

And then you wake to find yourself where you started.

Kind of like US elections. At the end, you find yourself where you started.

Right again, but not rightist

OK….seems I was right — again—as I have been in every other presidential election since Bush. I would be proud of that except that predicting elections is a no-brainer. All you have to do is disbelieve the media. And the pollsters.

At this point, Trump looks like he is going to win. In fact, I am not sure how he would lose. Of course, many others - smarter than me — think the opposite.

By the time, you read this post, Trump will have been declared the winner. There is now, at the time of writing, no doubt.

I was wrong about a couple of things. For example, I predicted Harris would win the popular vote. But Trump is leading there too. Take that, MSM and Hollywood! It is interesting that Trump made good use of social media — rather than relying on MSM as the Democrats did. As I have suggested in other posts, the MSM is becoming less and less important as Alt Media, including MAM and MadM proliferate and develop, along with new punditocracies.

I also predicted a “squeaker”. Nope, this is a clear win for Trump. I think I was perhaps biased by not liking either Trump or Harris.

All the “red” states belong to Trump - and the brown ones, too.

Things could change— of course. Miracles happen. At meteor could strike Trump dead before inauguration.

As I said, this was a contest not between two individual presidential candidates but between two teams — Biden/ Harris (with Obama in the background) —and Trump / Musk / RFK / Vance.

Predictions made on the basis of past elections could be no guide in this case. Nor could Media and Think Tank polls.

The reaction of disappointed Democrats is obvious.

In Washington DC, shop owners are preparing for Antifa riots. One wonders whether a President Trump will declare them “insurrection” and send a few hundred people to prison. Will Biden end up in court on a felony charge?

What goes ‘round, comes round?

No matter, Trump has a clear mandate that cannot be disputed.

Won’t happen

What will President Trump do (if elected! ) is to pardon the January 6 protestors — and himself —in the interests of “national reconciliation”. While the Democrats promote division, he will talk about “unity”.

The Harris / Biden / Obama cabal is globalist.

Trump is a nativist.

The question of course is whether Trump learned from his mistakes in his first term. However, given DNP control over the Media - or maybe Media control over the DNP, appealing to the people on the basis of “national unity” is a no-brainer. Trump will be talking up differences to undermine the MSM “narrative”.

Not that there is really much difference in policy between “left” and “right”, two fingers of one hand.

With Musk on board, Trump will also be talking up “free speech” in contrast to Democratic censorship.

Of course, he will have to purge the Justice Department, the CIA, and State if he really wants to prevent the Democrats from mining the road ahead.

If he is smart he will leave anti-bomb work to Vance and Musk and others. Musk in particular, but also RFK and Vance are anti-institutionalists.

Do I support Trump?

That might sound like I support Trump. No. I don’t. I’m a little to the Left of Che’. I don’t support either “liberals” or “conservatives”. Different breeds. Same dog.

As I have said many times, for me the difference between “Right” and “Left” in the US is really a matter of style.

The country is not a “democracy” — government of the people, by the people, for the people”. It is a plutocracy. Government of the rich, by the rich, for the rich.

Change?

Trump will effectively promise “change you can believe in” - which in America, where “belief” has only a tenuous connection to reality— means no change at all, not in any meaningful sense.

What you will get:

• Healthcare for the insurance companies’ economic health.

• More money for stealth weapons detectable on Russian and Chinese radars—but guarantee 4 star Generals, retirement in MIC companies.

• Further deindustrialization.

• More homelessness.

• American policies in Latin America will cause more migration to balance whatever measures are taken to control it.

• The environment will continue to be looted.

That’s a short list. I am sure you can expand it.

Harris and Trump are both different models of the same product from a machine. And neither really works.

If you want something really different, you have to fight the machine—as I write in my recent Special Report for coffee buyers—“Rage Against the Machine”

The machine is the American “System” —an imperial, colonist global hegemony which is an extension of a domestic feudalistic hegemony by the wealthy — an aristocracy who own almost everything of value.

The rest of us are left wandering and wondering, hungry looking at the windows of bright, warm expensive house where our betters drink champagne with caviar . We have nothing but hopes —and dreams.

In some sense or another, we are all vagrants. We do not live but loiter on the gentrified streets — the street of dreams.

Chappification

I have almost finished fully Chappifying my apartment. He will arrive early next week, I hope.

The Shelter people will deliver him and do an Inspection.

He still has his Mansoni tapeworm, fortunately not contagious.

But he has had six treatments, so I will research other treatments (although I am not sure if the drugs are available in Japan).

So far, as you can see from the videos, he is very healthy, and has had no problems with other cats and kittens. When he gets older, there might be a problem. Before that I hope to solve the problem.
