Zelensky, Trudeau lead ovation of Waffen SS member.
The untrue North.
never strong
never free.
Who stands on guard for thee?
Not me
nor any MP
nor we
nor thee
The Maple Leaf.
a symbol of our grief,
the maples dying.,
nature crying.
our leaders lying,
history sighing
Oh Canada
the True North
strong and free.
We stand on guard for thee.
Sing the song,
forget the wrong
Do not confuse national
with rational.
North of ?
True to ?
Free of?
On guard for?
Never ask, “What”
Just think, “But”
We stand for thee…
Who stands at all?
Much less, tall?
Those who could protect
simply neglect.
We will celebrate death
to our dying breath

As many of you know, I have been diagnosed on the autism spectrum—a so-called “high functioning” autist— comorbid with ADHD.
What exactly does that mean? In reality, not a lot.
It just means that my brain works a little differently.
I am dyslexic, dyspraxic, dyscalculic…lots of “dys” stuff.
As a child I was considered “slow”, in the parlance of those days, mildly retarded. Once I learned to read, I read extremely well. I couldn’t do arithmetic, but I was good at higher mathematics.
I did not do well in classrooms and learned best by myself.
Despite my ADHD diagnosis, I can focus extremely well when something interests me. I do not have a deficit of attention but a surplus and hyperfocus on things that intrigue me—those so-called “special interests” for which autistic people are famous.
Everybody has “special interests” of course; in my case they are expressed as polymathy and intensive study. .
In junior high school, I was selected to join a small group of gifted kids from various schools to study university level science and mathematics. So. at 14 one of my obsessions was molecular biology. Another, quantum physics.
On the other hand, I found it difficult to communicate normally— to speak in simple sentences. One idea at a time was a challenge. I worked at it. I tried to fit in. A sense of humor was helpful.
But in those days, nobody labeled me autistic or ADHD—just a little “different”.
I was lucky in the community I was raised in and in the schools I went to because everyone there seemed to represent a different social background and was therefore a little “different”—which is where having a sense of humor helps. If you don’t take yourself too seriously, and make people laugh, they ignore your difference and their own.
Humor is irony—and what are we, if not the most ironic of creatures?
My difference— or my sensitivity to it— made it easier for me to accept others’ differences—and see their strengths and weaknesses.
A genus is a group of animals that are very similar and most likely have a common ancestor. In contrast, a species is just one type of animal. For example, zebras are in the genus called Equus. This genus includes all horses, donkeys, and zebras.
We all have abilities and disabilities. Each of us is unique. We are all on some kind of spectrum. “Humanity is a genus. You, as an individual, however, belong to your own species.
That is why some Indian tribes sent their young people into the wilderness on a spirit journey to find their spirit animal— hawk, wolf, bear —whatever—the inchoate core of being —what makes you you — you alone.

O Canada, Land of Maple Syrup,
Nazis now ride you, their feet in the stirrups.
Zelensky, the murderous criminal thug,
gets a great big warm hug
from Fidel Castro Jr., aka Justin Trudeau,
the New World Order's skanky ho
who's taken Canada to a new low
while to the south, brain-dead Biden---a
ventriloquist's puppet---has Obama
running his mouth.
O shame, shame, and grief
befouling the Stars & Stripes
and the Maple Leaf.
Perhaps the most cringeworthy and shameful week that I've seen in Canadian politics since they applauded General Petraeus taking over a Canadian pipeline company and start treating First Nations like Iraqis.
