War 2.0
It’s going to be a new war in Ukraine.
Not really a “war” in the sense that the “Media” use the word—let’ just say an Upgrade from SMO to Counter Terror.
That’s because the Ukraine is just one battlefield—there are others, as indicated by the Empire’s attack on NS2 and the Germany economy, sanctions on Russia and China and military posturing, with carriers near Taiwan — not to mention the billions spent on trying to destroy Russia at the cost of the global economy.
The UAF’s failed offensive in Kherson and Kharkov and the obvious CIA / MI6 attack on NS2 are indirect acknowledgement of Russia’s success, which we now see articulated in the people of the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye voting to join Russia, adding a large strategic and resource-rich area and skilled population to the Russian Federation.
Nazi excesses have effectively proven the necessity of Russian affiliation in these four regions. Western Ukraine is denazifying Ukraine all by itself.
But you don’t think that way if you read the “news” as you probably do over breakfast or during dinner. “Pass the salt, honey. Oh, look …someone’s dying…where’s the ketchup?”
Saul Bellow writes that the second fall of mankind is the quotidian.
Here’s the MSM quotidian….
1. The referenda are “staged”; fake
2. People were voting at gunpoint
3. The votes were not representative because Russia does not control every square meter of the 4 regions voting, just of them.
4. The votes are valid because some those voting for inclusion in Russia are not “ethnic Russians”.
5. The numbers from the results of referenda are fake because they are too high compared to, say, US presidential elections
6. The referenda are a ploy for Russia to move to conscription to make up for its heavy losses in the SMO and the loss of a couple of aircraft.
7. Ordinary Russians are fleeing Russia to avoid conscription.
8. Demonstrations and riots are breaking out in Russia, society is collapsing
9. Russia is defeated!
How sad that the facts differ from the story! Have another coffee. Put some GMO jam on your GMO toast. All that matters is appetite. Doesn’t matter what you put in your mouth. Or in your mind. Not as long as it has sugar.
The Referenda
Democracy must be built through open societies that share information. When there is information, there is enlightenment. When there is debate, there are solutions. When there is no sharing of power, no rule of law, no accountability, there is abuse, corruption, subjugation and indignation. Atifete Jahjaga
1. The referenda are not staged. Neutral observers from other countries attest to their validity. OK. That’s TASS. But it does not change the fact that Russia did invite monitors from numerous OSCE countries — and some came, despite NATO attempts to stop them.
Too bad the US would not do the same for its elections, which are always complicated, lacking in transparency, and contested. If your side loses—someone cheated. That is known as “democracy” — but only in the US—which is an exception — to all forms of reason.
2. Yes, Ukrainian voters go to the polls watched over by the military. But they are not voting under duress-- not from the Russians anyway. The only threat is from the NeoNazis— which is why they need (and want) the soldiers. Western Ukraine has attempted to disrupt the electoral process with threats, terrorism— including bombing, shelling and murders—and ballot box stuffing.
3. Russia controls all of the LPR, most of the DPR and Kherson and about two-thirds of Zaoprozhye. Turn out has been greater than 50%,, as high as 80% in some regions — despite Ukrainian terror tactics.
Support for the referenda surpasses referenda participation in Switzerland which averages between 39% and 49%, with 45% regarded as legitimating validity,
In the US, state referenda average about 35% and votes are regarded as binding. Given the high rate of people in the four regions voting to join Russia — 85 to 95% — the votes are clearly both representative and valid. To deny that is to deny the basic principles of democracy.
4. It is true that not everyone self-identifies as an ethnic Russian. Then again, Stalin was a Georgian, Brezhnev was Ukrainian and Khrushchev grew up in the Ukraine. The Russian Federation is about 20% non-Russian, with multiple languages and religions.
A majority of people in the referenda regions who do not self-identify as “ethnic Russian” speak Russian as a daily language, the regions have always had strong economic ties to Russia, and many people have Russian relatives.
The NeoNazi attempt to purge the Ukraine of Russian culture would be like English Canada trying to force the Quebecois not to speak French on the basis of a Canadian dispute with France, keeping in mind that French speaking people in Quebec are not all “ethnic French” even if they self-identify as “French”. Jean Pierre McDougal is a proud Quebecois and loathes both the “English” and the “French”. In other words, it is not all about “ethnicity”; it is also about daily culture.
As you can see from this map, some of the regions voting to join Russia do not have a significant ethic Russian population but are predominantly Russian speaking and are being forced to give up their way of life to serve the delusions of a fascist ideology.
5. Numbers in the referenda from both ethnic Russian Ukrainians and Russian-speaking Ukrainians indicate strong agreement about joining Russia.
Lugansk 98%. Donetsk: 99%. Zaporzhye, which as fewer ethnic Russians: 93%. Kherson: 87%. Not that these numbers mean anything to the “West”, anymore than the numbers did in the Crimea— or maybe the numbers in their own elections.
The international observers who made it the four regions attest to the validity of the count-- as they did in Crimea—but, hey, they are actually there — so they are obviously compromised by being…well…there!.
For NATO, there can be no witnesses. Never expose your face
Perhaps the West does not believe in these referenda because it shows the true face of the “Western” non-democracies.
6. Ah, RF losses….The RF has suffered less than 6000 losses in the Ukraine; Western Ukraine about 100,000— although estimates vary. For each Russian soldier lost, at least 10 or 11 Ukrainian soldiers die. The Russians are down a few aircraft and tanks. The Ukrainians have lost almost all of theirs. And NATO has depleted its stores.
The RF does not need conscription to “make up” for these fictional “losses”, rather it needs extra boots on the ground to escalate from an “SMO” to “CounterTerror”, which is a step up towards what the “West” calls “war” and towards consolidation of its gains to date. It will need larger numbers of troops to take Nikolaev City and Odessa and retake Kharkov, now that the RF has destroyed the UAF’s suicidal counteroffensives
7. The mobilization does not affect ordinary people - - less than one percent of the population – only the military reserves with useful skills and / or combat experience. Unlike Western Ukraine’s universal conscription of everyone between 16 and 60.
8. Yes, some of Russia’s “fifth column” are leaving. But demonstrations and the like have been small. And support for the SMO is very large, with Putin getting a very high approval rating although many think he is too “soft”. Getting rid of a tiny “Atlanticist” population is not a problem. Some see them as traitors. The property many of these affluent people have left behind can be taken and sent elsewhere where it is needed.
9. Russia is not defeated. That is the US and Germany. The Referenda mean victory for Russia and new power. Which is, of course, why the US, in desperation, struck out with sabotage against Russian pipelines, oblivious to what goes ‘round, always ‘comes round’.
Fifty Shades of War — NS1 &2
Proof?
The attack on Nordstream 2, which nobody is claiming credit for – although everyone knows who is responsible — opening the way for other attacks, perhaps on the pipelines of US allies, to the detriment of the US.
Obviously, disabling NS 2 could not have happened without CIA and MI6 connivance, plus the cooperation of Denmark and Poland but it does not hurt Russia right now – but Germany. The Media will tell you that Russia “done it”, just like it shelled its own troops and the ZNPP, which it controlled.
The Western media -- WaPo, the NYT, the Guardian, the BBC, the CBC, MSNBC, CNN, etc-- are lying. Look at their record. Look at the last 20 years. If you believe the Media, you are either a moron or morally deficient.
MSM lies are exposed one after another. Yet, people still believe, even though the real sources in the MSM are CIA and MI6 propaganda routed through Kiev. Check out any article. Where does the information come from? Unidentified “officials”? Kiev? Bellingcrap? Some obscure hack in Latvia? A CIA or MI6 affiliated “think tank”? Moral deficiency may not be the cause of your belief but it is the result. Then again you need something to watch on TV as you fill your mouth when you eat. Watching crap makes eating crap easier.
Compare this dubious information you ingest to what sources on the ground in the Ukraine are saying – Patrick Lawrence, Eva Barlett , Graham Phillips Vanessa Beeley and others.
MSM sources are usually in Kiev or some place like Russophobic Latvia. Or, the disgraceful Bellingcat.
Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.
Adolf Hitler
How are you different from a German living next door to the Nazi ovens and unable to smell the burning bodies? “Never again”? For you…again and again and again.
The truth is usually obvious.
Most people, however, really don’t like “truth”. They are taught to lie from an early age and to accept lies. You end up with intellectual cancer.

Fixed it. Ironically, I was looking at Lancaster's channel on Telegram yesterday and he had a very good list of reporters on the ground in the Ukraine.
Right. Thank you for the correction. I will correct it right away. It IS Patrick Lancaster!
