As I said yesterday, the US is facing a perfect storm building inexorably.
The Ship of State is rudderless, with the Captain locked in his cabin, taking on water, the crew is drunk and fighting over the last barrel of rum. The passengers below decks don't know what's going on.
Iran is taking its time in planning retaliation. Each day the winds get stronger, the waves higher. The storm is their friend.
The Western Collective is begging” Iran not to do anything. But of course not offering anything in return.
Russian aircraft are landing in Iran with military supplies, supposedly the “Murmansk-BN” which can jam and intercept enemy radio signals, GPS, communications, satellites, and other electronic systems up to 5,000 kilometers away/
Supposedly?...
Maybe not just the Murmansk system. Certainly operators as well. And I bet some other goodies.
Russia is the world's leader in EW technologies and has a range of equipment such as the Krasukha Electronic Warfare Complex, including the “Krasukha-S4” and “Krasukha-2,” which targets low-Earth orbit spy satellites, airborne radars, UAVs , and enemy radar to disrupt navigation and communications and the “Moscow-1” complex which does passive electronic reconnaissance and coordination of EW systems over a vast area.
Murmansk has proven its worth crippling F 35 fighters over the Baltic and Black Seas.
The F 35 partly expensive because of its advanced electronics-- and also vulnerable.
Israel of course flies a lot of F35s. And its missile defense systems rely on advanced, mostly American developed electronics.
In other words, if Iran wants to mount a major attack on Israel and do real damage, the combination of the Murmansk system disabling Israeli defenses and hypersonic warheads, making use of advanced Russian technology, could be devastating.
Iran could not only target military bases and military infrastructure, but the Israeli power grid, which as I've written in the previous article, would be easy to take down-- much easier than Western Ukraine’s! Israel would be defenseless — except for nukes.
Israel’s “Masada” option?
The Russians were also about to supply the Houthis with advanced weaponry , as Putin previously indicated he might, but were reportedly convinced not to by the Saudis at the last moment.
One wonders at the quid pro quo. There will be something --but we will probably have to wait for the BRICS Summit in October to see what.
No matter, in the meantime, the Houthis are well supplied by the Iranians!
Some think that the US will go to war to distract from problems at home.
I think not.
Iran is not Afghanistan or Saddam's Iraq.
War with Iran would cause a major oil crisis-- and the American economy would collapse-- and with it all pretense of effect of government.
Part II now finished.
Part II of The Special Report is finished.
All I have to do is proofread and check the links-- a tiresome task which my dyslexia makes more tiresome!
I will try not to make too many changes as I proofread.
At last count, this report is about 3000 words .
But I will try to shorten it to make it more readable. . Once I finish fixing my lousy typing, I will save it as docx, pdf and epub And sent it on.
I hope you like it. It was inspired by YOU.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm not afraid the US will attack Iran. How well will Israel's samson option work with screwed up GPS? Will they accidentally nuke themselves?
My fear is the US will decide to bring freedom & democracy to Venezuela.
Send your copy to me, Mr. McF. and I'll poofread it and get it back to you within hours. It's what I do all day long, day in, day out, Maryanne, to earn (in the grouchy words of my dear dead Dad): "Cold rice and fish heads". Thanks dad. Send to englishcorrection@gmail.com and Bob's your uncle.
