Who is Vladimir Putin?
In the West, no one asks “who” Putin is. But rather “what”. For, in the West, your enemies are not human. They are just evil.

Look back over the past two decades, and you'll see Vladimir Putin has always been the man revealed by the Ukraine invasion, an evil and sinister dictator. The Russian leader just managed to mask it, especially because so many chose to see him as a typically corrupt and greedy strongman who could be bribed or reasoned with.
That’s not the Putin I see.
I guess that’s because I judge people as people. You may disagree with someone but deprive them of their personhood and you have committed a special kind of murder.

I suspect when the harelips in west say Putin is a dangerous man, what they mean is that he's not a bought&paid cuck, or a homo-pedophile who is owned; The one common denominator in all USA pol's is that they're owned
Putin is dangerous because he doesn't dance to the homo-pedo circus ring leader;
I can't judge genuine emotions versus propaganda when film crews are present but found the video fascinating, and don't believe that Putin is the Pope... err... I mean the Devil.
It's common practice to demonise one's opposition. The gods of the old religions become the devils of the new. The same in politics, though nationalism often reframes dead politicians as something more admirable.
Putin is a dangerous man. I wouldn't want to be his opposition. But he's also a strong believer in his country, a pragmatist, an adapter and clever.
Although it contravenes my fantasy, some countries seem better off with a strongman. Our fickle Western politicians, grown in dollar laboratories by the insanely rich, cannot comprehend that reality. Although I don't consider Putin to be a Gadaffi or Hussein, Libya and Iraq were better off before being rescued by democratic Christian bombs.
