Any country like Moldova or Rumania, that attacks Transnistria will have executed "an Act of War" against the peace-treaty and can expect "Missiles", like Ukraine does.
When Kiev attacks Transnistria without a request from Moldova, it is attacking Moldova (Transnistria is just a part of that) and that would mean that Kiev is an Aggressor according to International Law, which gives NATO- & EU-member states the chance to distance themselves from Kiev...
