The usa is adrift, a key date is: 22NOV63. Gore has a point: We should stop going around babbling about how we're the greatest democracy on earth, when we're not even a democracy. We are a sort of militarised republic.

Gore was prescient. Of course, I am biased. I loved his novel Julian the Apostate. For obvious reasons. :)

Awesome post! F D R.s Four Freedoms speech, of course. Long live Vladimir Putin, American hero!

Unfortunately, this is exactly how it looks in America, but also elsewhere where empty but painful messages were sown along the path of their "democracy".

They messed it up big time. They considered themselves untouchable, at the same time they didn't even think about the fact that someone outside of them could be humanly offended.

Therefore, such people do not even perceive their own conscience, and therefore only sow disorder and anarchy instead of real freedom.

Chill, look at history especially at 250 yr of countries -- what do you see?-- this. They are not by any stretch of the imagination the only country that messed up big time. To kind of blanket like write them off or say there is only anarchy instead of real freedom is silly and inaccurate.

I'm talking about (and the article also talks about it) how it turned out, not about how it was or could have been...

Help me out. So, under Nixon, state of UNION? LBJ? Oh, Ford, that's right? And then CIA loving Carter? Hmm, the Bush League Ray-Gun? Oh, that's right, things go better with Coke Clinton? Bush a and b? Yeah, that's right, Bomber Barak. Trump? Biden? Hmm, which one gets to forcefully rape the world next?

But alas, it is the Zyclon Blinken prototypes in the Wailing Wall White House and his Minyans that truly love starvation tough love.

Insane. The culture, the media, the education system, the total MIC and FIRE and all the other shit-hole arenas where an Altman and Musk (aspiring Jew) and Thiel and Zuckerberg and Fink and BLoomberg and Soros and Dell and and on and on and on can hyper-drive those old but real statements about "those people" controlling the media, banks, corporations, money flow, etc.

Great !

"You hit the nail on the head!" as we say in The Netherlands (we built wooden ships and were a Military World-power remember ?)

Biden's "speech": Blah-blah- for the masses and avoid mentioning anything of real importance.

In contrast Putin's speeches are eye-openers and sometimes you need some time to realise what he meant...

PS. Macron and Putin playing a game of "Risk"...
