Some people commented that maybe Medium was reacting to my use of “house n….r” with regard to Trudeau and his mentality.
That MIGHT be regarded as racial “appropriation”.
If you took it that way, I apologize. At the time of writing, I was reading Malcom X on this subject, and I realized how important a thinker he is/ was — not just for black people but all people. I didn’t’ include it because the article was already rather long and his writings deserve an article in and of itself to do them justice. I have rewritten this part of the article to include his thoughts, which define the concept of slavery and exploitation in a way which no one else has.
When the great White President was assassinated Malcolm X said that the "chickens" had come "home to roost." I'm not sure that wouldn't be considered insensitively "hateful." Those were such ugly times perhaps his aggravating and hateful diction was appropriate. Thankfully, we live in much more advanced times, so ingratiating courtesy and white lies need never be disturbed by unpleasantries.
