Gaza. Syria. Lebanon Right now the Israelis are at war with all three-- more or less. But this is nothing new.
Just as the Palestinian genocide is nothing new —having started in 1948-- or earlier.
We now however have the Israelis are stepping up their attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon and against the Syrians whilst continuing to slaughter Gazans .
Netanyahu is not backing down. If anything he is becoming more extremist— driven by Israeli public opinion. The Israelis are moving in the direction of the racist theocracy advocated by West Bank settlers – mostly Americans!
It is sheer madness.
Hezbollah has Iran in its corner. Syria has not only Hezbollah its corner and Iran but Russia— which is not going to allow Israelis to destroy its hard-won stabilization of the Syria.
As time goes on, Hezbollah improves its technological capabilities and a full-scale Israeli offensive will result in massive rocket attacks, depleting the Israelis’ stock of interceptor missiles.
Hezbollah can attack from the west and also from the north from Syria.
In the West Bank, Palestinian Authority no longer represents a majority of Palestinian opinion—with support shifting to Hamas, which would be smart to arm and train West Bank Palestinians to strike at the Israeli settlements.
You will notice that recently Hamas has been using Iranian knockoffs of Chinese antitank weapons. They are getting stronger. Learning.
There is the Iraqi resistance to consider as well .
So why are the Israelis posturing in this way? Israeli can go all out but it might be national suicide.
What are they trying to do?
I don't think they seriously want to invade Lebanon or Syria If they could not be successful flying F35s against women and children, how are they going to handle battle-hardened, well-trained and well-armed fighters?
So they are making a show.

Dating Games
The calico cat on the printer was named to "Choo" — which is slang for “kiss” in Japanese. She was fully adult when Ichi arrived as a kitten— and she didn't want to play.
Ichi never gave up. In this picture he weighed about 8 kg into about 2 1/2. But, as you can see, Choo didn't like him. She also didn't like Jet although she cuddled with Chibi Eventually, Choo moved into my business manager's house where she had a private room, an office, and a servant.
She passed away at 18! By that time, she had become a lovely sweet old lady. We all miss her.
Cats are like people. They don't get along with everybody necessarily. They make choices.
So, I have to be careful matching Ichi with a new BFF! I wonder if there is Tinder for cats?

I had a realization this week. The ultimate play of Zionism is the entire take over of the U.S. once it sacrifices the U.S. in its military (mis)adventures in the Middle East. Israel needs to provoke a war with Hezbollah and Iran, in order to get the U.S. military/government involved. China and Russia will not allow Iran and Hezbollah to lose, as it destroys the multi-polar world now replacing the unipolar U.S. dominated world. The Zionists continue to position themselves in the highest offices of political power in the U.S. They are to a large degree the owners and controllers of many vital industries in the U.S.: media, banking and finance, pharmaceutical, entertainment, advertising, and education. When the State of Israel ceases to exist (within 10 years) the U.S. will be their real prize.
As usual, excellent post and wonderful last paragraph. I forward your posts to my daughter who loves cats. She has five rescues but lost her 7 year old tomcat to cancer yesterday. I feel today's post is providence.
