Maybe I am just being cynical but the timing of his death just as Avdeevka falls in spectacular defeat seems very fortuitous for the MSM. The media seems pretty quiet about the war lately.
Yes, the timing raises questions. The mainstream media responded within 10 minutes of the Russians announcing his death-- without supplying any details in that announcement. Some are saying that they were ready for it -- somehow forewarned. I personally doubt this-- having worked for these people.
How about the USamericans and people from other western countries who are on Zelensky's Kill List? Due to his telling too much truth, retired US Colonel Douglas Macgregor has been added to the list, but what does Washington do about "one of their own" being fingered by Zelensky? Send $61 billion dollars to Ukraine to be laundered by Zelensky?

All I had to do was peruse the few usual subjects (CNN, NYT, WaPo, etc.) and counted more than 30 articles just on Navalny. Of course, all based on Putin the devil/Navalny the Russian savior. If he was murdered, I guess we don't have such inmate killings in US prisons, and if we do than Biden should be blamed.
Contrasting this to the news blackout on both Lira's imprisonment and death in Ukraine is so totally sickening. And Biden's faux humanitarian concerns are impossible to stomach.
Unfortunately, this is the Western world in which we live. Corrupt beyond comprehension, lashing out, dying. Hard to be a part of it at times, suffocated in ignorance, obey, consume, procreate, have fun, get the shot, the great sleeping masses, often friends, family. But we are all here, have purpose, voices of reason. Hang in there.
I don't think there's so much purpose in the craziness. That's why it's crazy – the lack of purpose. But I think it generates purpose. As you say, we are all here. And some of us try.
Hey, not my leader and there is no free world ;-) Give Arthur a break, he's been given difficult material to work with, and is doing a good job under the circumstances. On a positive note, it's allowing a lot of folks to see that it is all just a show. There is some purpose in all this craziness.
Think of the number of people that the US executes every year. And then the percentages of those executed and later found to be innocent. Russia has no death penalty.
