Remember what Putin said months ago about the EU leaders who were all against Trump winning the election? He said they'll complain & moan. Then as they always do theyll sit at his feet with their tails wagging. After seeing the most cringeworthy display of worshipping a loud mouthed bully in my life. At the NATO Cocaine meet up. All for the purpose of praising "Daddy". Yet again Putin was 100% correct about these pathetic excuses of leaders. He also knows what he's dealing with, when speaking about Trump. The man who lives in a completely different reality to all of us. Like the vassels do, only Trumps fantasy world is more dangerous than there's. Hopefully the skill set Putin has at his disposal. Can keep the Mouthpiece under control.

Iran has just shut off GPS across its territory — and switched to China’s Beidou satellite system. Why now? What does it mean for U.S. dominance in space-based navigation and warfare?

In this episode of GVS Deep Dive, Najma Minhas unpacks Iran’s bold strategic pivot — and why it may mark the beginning of the end for America’s global GPS monopoly. From WhatsApp tracking scandals and drone warfare to China’s high-precision Beidou system and Belt & Road integration, this decision carries major military and geopolitical consequences.

▶️ Watch till the end to understand:

Why GPS was always a tool of U.S. soft power

How the 1996 Taiwan Strait crisis pushed China to develop Beidou

What makes Beidou uniquely powerful in battlefield environments

How Iran and the Global South are quietly building independence from Western tech

US' GPS has several "bands". The military bands are only open to close allies, like Mossad and MI6.

Military accuracy Beidou is likely given to Iran.

Iran can jam US GPS making it hard for Mossad/CIA to do more attacks!

I understand your thinking about Trump. I hoped that he would live up to his campaign rhetoric. Yes, I know, NO politician does. But....... I believe (hope?) Trump wants peace in Middle East/Ukraine. I think that he, to a certain extent, is being stymied by The Establishment.... Wishful thinking? He IS doing fairly well in USA even though he is being attacked by Woke Dems.......

But, in support of my hope (being honest there...) Simplicius has similar hopes: "In short, Trump is trying to use the momentum of his ‘stupendous victory’ in Iran to quickly cinch up the entire Middle East, and finally solve the Gaza equation once and for all. One gets the feeling things won’t go as smoothly as he’d like, particularly now that Israel has vowed to “enforce” its nuclear restrictions on Iran, and Iran itself has voted to boot the licentious IAEA:"

Even Trump's former big supporter, Larry Johnson has fallen out with him.... But, again, I still hope.....

I’ve seen several posts like this, observing that the west is not agreement-capable, and Iran stopped too soon. I think that Iran’s religion-based culture and government is less motivated by practical concerns like this and more by observing religious tenets (and maybe longer term goals) around making peace. That has to be very conflicting for them (and many individuals around this globe) because in stopping early they are implicitly giving up on trying to impact Israel’s genocidal efforts in Gaza and elsewhere. But perhaps they just know their limitations.

That's the age old question: if you are fairly certain that your action would reduce the size/strength of the reaction of your enemy. Would you do it? Or would you back him into a corner and make him go all-in? Remember that Israel has nukes and is a crazy rabid "state".

For what it's worth, I would have thrown bombs a few days more to make my point, but then stop to not get them to act out.

Yes 100% true. They absolutely do not like killing civilians.

It's very sad that they might have to go Nuclear.

The numbers of deaths in Iran (so few in Israel) shows this to be true.

Thank you for trying to disentangle the narrative confusion Julian...

I noticed that Scott Ritter in his recent (short) interview with Nima (Dialogue Works) came to many of my sensings, mainly that the whole business was an orchestrated 'performance' on the World Stage.

Quote:

What we found is that Donald Trump's entanglement with Israel is real. He can't disentangle from Israel he can't disengage from Israel and so he was sort of in a trap, an Israeli trap with Iran and he was damned if he did, and damned if he didn't. You know his political base was primarily composed of people who were seeking nonmilitary intervention and yet the people he surrounded him with his political power core were pro-Zionist pro-Israeli elements who believed that Iran must be confronted up to an including force. So Donald Trump was stuck in the middle there.

In retrospect people may come out and say that he was a genius in the way that he navigated these troubled waters. Because if you think about it what military price did the United States pay for bombing Iran ? None, just the cost of the attack. No lives lost, the Iranian retaliation was as politically motivated as Trump's attack. Trump bombed three empty sites whether he telegraphed his intent to the Iranians or not we don't know. At this stage we know that the Iranians tell Seems that he did yeah go ahead yeah we know that the Iranians telegraphed their intent that Iran wasn't looking to kill Americans and America wasn't looking to kill Iranians.

But Trump needed to be seen as being willing to bomb Iran and to have taken that step and so this is why you get all the rhetoric about the most magnificent destructive obliteration in the world we are the greatest thing B2 bombers medals around the necks but at the end of the day it was pure political theater just a act of political theater as was the Iranian retaliation.

Maybe the Truth comes slowly floating on the surface of the confusing narrative matrix soup...

Just saying...

America and Israel have never once in their history negotiated in good faith. A "cease fire" is just an opportunity for them to rearm, redeploy forces and assault from a different direction. Iran must avail themselves of every opportunity to wrap themselves in Russian and Chinese support and security.

Your opening sentence seems to sum up one of your key conclusions. Specifically, that Iran should’ve not agreed to a ceasefire so quickly. This take is fundamentally flawed from the outset, because it presumptively and maybe conveniently overlooks the big elephant in the room. And that is the nuclear card possessed by both of Iran’s adversaries. And in the context of a situation where they incurred some losses for which they’d definitely prefer to have a little breathing room for recovery and comprehensive coordination, strategy, or planning. Moreover, you really should first question what the end game would be for Iranians and what risks or benefits would Iran face had they chosen to escalate. And surely Iran prefers to have one war at a time, if it’s impossible to avoid war! How much of Israel should or could they have destroyed before a nuclear strike would be on the table? You really think Israel would not use a nuclear weapon if it’s facing utter destruction? And regardless the nukes risk, how much or how long should Iranians be willing to suffer just to destroy Israel? I would think most Iranians would prefer not suffering with a million causalities than totally destroying Israel! And they realize that the issue of Palestine is far more complex and would have to involve the whole region.

So many realistic concerns. I Iran definitely made the right choice from their perspective, if for nothing other than now preparing all options for the next round, rearming, retooling, psychological warfare (the whole added ambiguity about their nuclear capacity intentions) and defensive and offensive capabilities, or just simply to have enough time to finally build a few of their own nukes. Monday morning quarterbacking is not so difficult, but what one must never forget is the balls Iranians have shown to go at the throat of a genocidal Talmudic regime armed to teeth with nuclear weapons and inflicted considerable and unprecedented damage and destruction to it. So, first ask whether oneself would have the balls to make that choice at the moment of uncertainty and decision. Only then allow yourself to start by saying that, while sitting outside the box in your chair, you can confidently judge that Iran should’ve continued this phase of war with USREAL despite other legitimate alternatives to move toward its
