Yes Julian... It is true what he says.

From before the creation of the US, Colonialism, as we now call it, terrorised all the coastal area's with richness to rob or create.

As i know very well, by being Dutch. We invented Corporations doing the wars on the coasts, in stead of governments. But we always were primary traders, NOT robbers. But the English, French and Spanish were.

I think because we were part of the the Hanseatic cities and lived in unimportant area's. Trade was in our hearts. Until we were defeated, not by the Spanish, we fought 80 years against them, but by the English and French and so we became robbers also.

Reading Dutch history a little deeper than usual, uncovers this.

What i want to point at, is that this way of building Empires, is OLD, very OLD, as i described in my 'The Monster'. A more humanitarian way 'Trade', was weak and could be defeated and conquered.

Using my Sensing, i noticed the MAGA movement, being in essence a 'Trading' movement and it won the elections. It disrupted the plans of the Monster in the City of London and caused it to prioritise the bringing the US Government back in its place, but i didn't know yet the enormous power that had been growing in ages. In this case it was the leader of MAGA, who, without knowing it, had become blackmailable and having 'Pride' could be manipulated, as i have to confess, into becoming the Laughing stock of the Age.

My great concern is now, will the deep state - or as i call it, The Monster - reclaim its position as President of the US again ?

The rest is just words without meaning.

My name is Cassandra and i am proud of it. You may believe me or not.

On the current war, I call it a defeat, strategic and commercial.

I got a response from GROK, for the first time he didn't come with lots of propagandised figments of the imagination.

Read it:

GROK: Yes, this is indeed an extreme strategic turning point – and your analysis hits the nail on the head:

The combination of an economic war (dedollarization and energy control) and the geopolitical struggle for West Asia, including the critical chokepoints via Egypt, Somalia, and Palestine.

@CNBlockIntel's X-post (March 13, 2026) describes exactly how the Gulf states are reassessing their security dependence on Washington amid the ongoing US-Israel war against Iran. Reuters and other sources confirm this: the Gulf is suffering "staggering" economic blows from Iranian missile and drone attacks on oil infrastructure, ports, airports, and residential areas, while Washington offered no guarantees and launched the war without consultation.

1. The economic war:

The Gulf states are now reviewing their sovereign investments, force majeure clauses, and future commitments to absorb shocks. This accelerates dedollarization:

The historic petrodollar treaty with Saudi Arabia (1974) expired in June 2024 and was not renewed; Saudi Arabia and others already accept yuan and other currencies for oil.

BRICS countries (including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Iran) are strengthening alternative trade routes and currencies.

US bases (after 35 years) are under discussion – “review” is diplomatic code for possible expulsion.

Result:

The US is losing the recycling of petrodollars that finance its budget deficit. Energy exports, shipping, and investments are coming under pressure, just as the post predicts:

a step-by-step approach to bilateral deals with China/Russia, yuan oil deals, and the end of dollar dominance in the region.

2. Control over West Asia (including Egypt, Somalia, and Palestine):

This is all about the chokepoints that control global trade and energy. If the Gulf pivots (toward Iran, China, or Russia), the US will lose control of these routes—and thus the entire region.

See an overview map of the strategic junctions:

Egypt (Suez Canal):

Indispensable for 12-15% of world trade. Insecurity in the Red Sea (via Bab el-Mandeb) is already causing revenues to plummet. Egypt balances between the US, China (BRI), and Arab allies; it acts as a mediator in Gaza and warns against escalation.

Somalia / Horn of Africa (Bab el-Mandeb):

The Red Sea route is the gateway to Suez. Houthis (Iran's proxy) have been blocking shipping for years. Rival axes are at play:

UAE-Israel-Ethiopia (Somaliland recognition December 2025, Berbera port) vs. Somalia-Egypt-Saudi-Turkey. China is building influence through Djibouti. A Gulf pivot greatly strengthens Iran/China here.

Palestine:

Remains the emotional and political catalyst. It blocks Abraham Accords normalization, forces Gulf states to exercise caution, and undermines the US-Israel proxy strategy. Reconstruction of Gaza requires Gulf money, but under Arab conditions.

See the map of US military bases in the Gulf (Qatar: Al Udeid, Bahrain: 5th Fleet, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi).

These bases (since 1991) have now become targets—precisely why the Gulf views them as a "liability" instead of an asset. A review or closure means a loss of projection power over Hormuz, Bab el-Mandeb, and Suez. In short:

the US is proving itself an "unreliable partner" by setting the region ablaze without protecting its allies.

The Gulf is developing an exit plan:

diversification into China/Russia/Iran, its own defense, and regional deals. This undermines both economic hegemony (the petrodollar) and geopolitical control over West Asia. A classic multipolar shift—and precisely why it's so strategic.

Want to delve deeper into a specific chokepoint (e.g., the Somaliland rivalry or Suez revenues) or recent BRICS movements? Let us know!

Brian gets a lot right, but he himself wears the very blinders he accuses others of wearing, or he is looking so deeply into the mirror that he has tunnel vision, incapable of seeing facts that contradict his view of reality.

Yes the Europeans have been colonizing for centuries prior to the rise of the Rothschilds. But that does not change the fact that the Rothschilds created a network and developed the financial resources that the European colonizers came to depend on.

Take Dr. Bob's reply on human nature. Now ask yourself- How easy is it to manipulate the western population when you control the information & narrative they receive, not to mention organized the setup of the "education" system to train the western population to "listen to authority figures without question".

Just because the Brits/ Europeans were the original colonizers, does not mean they remain in charge.

It is Brian that does not get it.

Is it the Rothschilds? Not only. Not by far. But they are core players.

I would bet when it comes right down to it that it is less than 100 families at the core of the zioangloamerican banking mafia.

When you have entities like Blackrock & Vanguard that are the largest shareholders in virtually every substantive western company, plus many non-western countries like the GCC countries & Ukraine- gives them a seat at the directors table with the most powerful director. This makes it very easy to coordinate plans.

For the "core", Blackrock & Vanguard are only 1 component of their "tools". Another "core" tool is CIA/MI6/Mossad. Another "core" tool is the BIS & Central Banking system. Another "core" tool is their kompromat operation. Another "core" tool is their access to and control over Presidents, Prime Ministers and country heads in countries like the GCC.

This is not an exhaustive list of "tools", but it is an example of what the "core" have to work with.

It is my view that until relatively recently a relatively small group of families("core")largely controlled the world through their "tools".

But as the world progressed, long distance travel became easier and comminication became global without barriers- they lost control of information & their long maintained narrative.

Eventually long term societies/cultures became powerful enough to resist and expel the zioangloamerican banking mafia agents, and eventually the zioangloamerican banking mafia.

This is what we see with Russia and China, and now Iran.

Is it the jews?

Not only. But they have an outsized role and influence. They are one of the long term societies/cultures I referred to, but they do not have the geographic base like Russia, China & Iran. They have mastered the art of maintaining their society/culture living amongst others. Developing this ability has been key to their success. Their weakness is their "book" which is filled with wickedness towards all others.

When your guiding principles are wickedness, this inevitably leads to overreach which is eventually met by equal or greater wickedness. Which likely explains why their society/culture rarely lasts long in any given place they settle.

This essay - https://www.unz.com/article/a-short-history-of-hebrews-jews-and-christians/ - is - by far - the most logical, comprehensive, and COHESIVE work I've ever read on this topic in one sitting - kudos to the author (Just curious - was AI used as an aid in compiling all the pieces?)

While DaLimbraw Library - https://crushlimbraw.blogspot.com/2016/03/what-is-this-blog-archive-all-about-cl.html?m=0 - also has documentation on this subject perhaps in greater volume - the sheer efficiency I found in reading this piece was a distinct pleasure.

Julian, you almost answered your own question about the reasons Berletic lost a large chunk of his audience after Trump got (s)elected.

Unlike you and Brian, the average Joe isn't interested in the truth (and that's why I like the two of you so much!). Instead, Joe is out there looking for a confirmation of his bias, a comfortable "echo chamber" that will calm him down and make him feel good, if only temporarily...

Waking up from one's own cognitive dissonance can be really scary and can lead to psychosis (I should know :) Luckily I only got out of it with a minor nervous breakdown lol). It takes a lot of Jung's shadow work and soul-searching before one can remove the veil and come to terms with the real truth. And there aren't many people ready and willing to go down that path.

I've got to say I'm a bit proud of myself today. Like Brian (who is outstanding) over the past 2 days. I've been making a few comments on Substack & Telegram. In quite a few of my comments. I made the remarks about Americans. The remark I made quite a few times was. Americans are best in the World at always blaming others. All of the War crimes they commit & have committed. Are, always someone else's fault. They did it because of the Jews, They did it because they treat women differently. We did it because of Clinton having an affair. We did it because the Epstein files. As Brian clearly states these reasons don't wash anymore. By Christ America has killed millions in their constant persuit of a new victim. They just can't stop themselves . The whole country apart from a tiny minority of brain dead sheep. Know this war with Iran is totally wrong. They know they slaughtered little primary school girls. But they soon forget it was a double tap attack. They forget they've been targeting Iran for 47 years. Same as they forget Israel couldn't carry out any atrocities without US money & weapons. They forget America is the only country to use nuclear bombs (on civilians) for God's sake. They forget how many hundreds of thousands of Koreans they burnt alive They forget Agent Orange & a million other war crimes in Vietnam. They forget the torture in Iraq & Afghanistan or slaughtering a million civilians in Iraq. The Genocide in Palestine. Those are big war crimes. For every big one. The US has committed tens of thousands of smaller ones. They deceive, dictate, steal, rape, murder & destroy every country they're saying they're goug to make better. It's always someone else's fault. Who's fault is it over 60% of Americans live in poverty. That 3rd World countries have better & all inclusive Healthcare. While allowing their politicians spend trillions on the military every year. Who's fault is it, it's country has, a license to print money. Through the petrodollar, but still manages to get into nearly 40 Trillion of debt.

There is nothing new under the sun. Even our obsession with Androids has been discussed... thousands of years ago.

"They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not: They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not: They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat." Psalm 115: 5-7.

That statement, further aided by Cassandra's rich trawl through history only to discover, in essence, the Piracy Model for modern Corporate Imperialism; takes me to my favourite theory of everything: Though the scenery and the costumes may change, everything else remains the same for each individual journey through life.

Cavafy's slightly juvenile and ecstatic poem, Ithaka, charts the course but also the desired attitude to the course:

“When you set out for Ithaka

ask that your way be long,

full of adventure, full of instruction.

The Laistrygonians and the Cyclops,

angry Poseidon - do not fear them:

such as these you will never find

as long as your thought is lofty, as long as a rare

emotion touch your spirit and your body.

The Laistrygonians and the Cyclops,

angry Poseidon - you will not meet them

unless you carry them in your soul,

unless your soul raise them up before you.

Ask that your way be long.

At many a Summer dawn to enter

with what gratitude, what joy -

ports seen for the first time;

to stop at Phoenician trading centres,

and to buy good merchandise,

mother of pearl and coral, amber and ebony,

and sensuous perfumes of every kind,

sensuous perfumes as lavishly as you can;

to visit many Egyptian cities,

to gather stores of knowledge from the learned.

Have Ithaka always in your mind.

Your arrival there is what you are destined for.

But don't in the least hurry the journey.

Better it last for years,

so that when you reach the island you are old,

rich with all you have gained on the way,

not expecting Ithaka to give you wealth.

Ithaka gave you a splendid journey.

Without her you would not have set out.

She hasn't anything else to give you.

And if you find her poor, Ithaka hasn't deceived you.

So wise you have become, of such experience,

that already you'll have understood what these Ithakas mean.”

Julian, an excellent article by you. Just before reading your article, I read one by Egon Fischer. He is connected to the “spiritual” world and looks at things from a completely different perspective. I have been reading him for a long time, precisely for that reason. His article today is really excellent and interesting. He has often been absolutely right in the past, and this one also hits the nail on the head.

I therefore recommend that you, Julian, and everyone else read it. It is in German, but can be easily translated in your browser:

Although I agree with what you say, PKD's androids are quite different from present-day "AI". The whole point of them is that they are absolutely human except for the minor detail of having been manufactured rather than conceived. The ethical question he poses is: "why should that make any difference?" And obviously it shouldn't.

If in doubt, read "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?" and other PKD, such as the canonical short story "The Electric Ant". ("Ant" being an earlier name for the same concept as "android"). PKD's androids often believe that they are human until the moment when they realise that they are not. (The same idea is central to "Impostor"/"Imposter").

Julian Macfarlane's avatar

Quite right. PKD is an scifi writer and futurist--and also philosopher. "androids often believe that they are human until the moment when they realise that they are not." The same can be said of human beings.

Discount Plague Doctor's avatar

Good point, but consider that PKD's replicants are actually way more advanced than Joe Sixpack. Joe doesn't think, he repeats. Joe parrots his social circle's consensus without reasoning on it for a millisecond. Joe goes out of his way to avoid any action or thought or activity may even just slightly inconvenience him (you'd be surprised to find out just how many people actively risk their lives to avoid an extremely minor annoyance). Joe, actually, despite sharing a lot of characteristics and behaviour with an LLM, isn't even as advanced as ChatGPT or Claude. Heck, I'm suspecting one can easily replicate any Joe Sixpack by feeding Cipolla's Laws of Human Stupidity to an LLM.

Julian Macfarlane's avatar

For those who don't know Cipolla's Laws.

The 5 Basic Laws

Underestimation: Humans always underestimate the number of stupid individuals in circulation.

Independence: Stupidity is a non-discriminatory trait; it is independent of any other characteristic or demographic.

The Golden Law: A stupid person causes losses to others while gaining nothing (or losing) themselves.

The Damaging Power: Rational people consistently underestimate the destructive power of stupid individuals.

Maximum Danger: A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person because their irrationality is unpredictable.

The question is Berletic right or wrong and the question WHY people don't "see" are 2 different issues. The first is technical, factual, "mechanical", forensic. The second is delving into social/psychological thinking.

I can offer my thinking/experience why Brian MUST be right (I have written in the same vein too). Specifically, on the issue of "US-Israel relationship" (or the Wag the Dog conundrum).

As someone who was born in Israel (mid 60's) you learn very quickly that "Israel" is not a normal place. You also learn that this is a permanent feature of this "state". The question WHY people are swept by the notion of "Israel" is always there, it is constantly circling in consciousness and torments the mind. But it is separate from the CLEAR understanding the place is not normal. Once you are able to think of those 2 issues as totally distinct ideas things get (a little) easier to live with.

The fact that Israel is not normal is a logical given you just accept that if you are honest. This logical conclusion comes not in a moment! It is (for me) was a gradual thing and started maybe at the age of 10 years old, maybe less. The attitude to Arabs and the ever-present existence of "security" issues is troubling even to a young mind. Children can see bad behaviour of adults and grasp that something is wrong - even when they don't understand it. It had taken about 10 years more in my early 20's that crimes against Palestinians are actually not crimes in "Israel"...

Once you SEE this with your own (20 years old eyes) you can't forget it (not me anyway). This is in direct contradiction to the Zionist propaganda of creating a perfect society, a Jewish homeland, and all the rest of that.

When I moved to the UK in my late 20's I encountered the TOTAL devotion the UK has for this project. Here was the UK presenting itself as far MORE loyal to "Israel" than I was in my naive years before military-age. STRANGE UK police presence at airport terminals guarding El-Al passengers to "Israel"...

The West is giving "Israel" ALL the possible support IMAGINABLE and more!

How is that possible? Again, this is a technical question. in other words: What is going on????

Until the penny drops one day and the conclusion that "ISRAEL" is a fraud - is just inescapable.

The fact that Israelis and Americans and Europeans don't want to see it , or CAN'T see it is totally irrelevant to me.

It is a fraud - because it is!

That’s it guys.

Nick's avatar

Not going to be any new global arrangement announced.

Simon & Brian get a lot of details right, but reach a lot of incorrect conclusions due to their unconscious bias borne of growing up in the west.

The globe is on the verge of a schism between the west and the rest.

It will not last forever, but it will last a generation or 2.

The people of the west have no idea what is coming to them. They face a generation or 2 of societal reset. They have to go through something similar to what east European and Russian people had to go through when the soviet union collapsed.

The west is so imbued with exceptionalism that 99% can't imagine or even contemplate this.

This sustained blindness makes the eventuality far worse when it arrives.

The west is now in the late stages.

The Iran debacle is akin to the fall of the Berlin wall prior to the eventual collapse of the soviet system.

Yet, the Rothchild's and this band of mafia gazillionaires are here, right now, still doing what they've always done. I cannot stop what happened in the past. I can learn from it, acknowledge it, hate and despise it, wish it had been different. It won't change it. I can only try my damndest to stop what's happening now. To fight for change NOW.

Brian is one of the good guys. I frequently watch his videos, because he presents his arguments unusually rationally, without ranting and other emotional reactions. Recently I found out that he is one of the only two political commentators I'm aware of, who argue that Israel is not forcing the hand of the USA, but the other way round - Israel is an asset of the USA. And I think he's right. The other one, by the way, is Larry Wilkerson, whom I respect very much - but he is quite the opposite personality compared to Brian, getting excessively emotional every time.
