Thank You Julian... Very good Sensing. The 'Alt-Media'... Our movement against total censorship ?

I will now repost my latest reaction on your Coffee-fellows...

'Is the Internet killing history ?'. . .

@OccupySchagen, Supporter, May 18, 2026

Thank You, Thank You, Julian...

As Sensing partisan and Caitlin Johnstone (OZ) supporter, i am absolutely convinced, that some Dark Influence is increasing its Power, worldwide over means to spread Truth. And to say it straight: Exterminating those that do that.

Luckily Internet caused a temporary 'Low', and some of us have used that, but the Power is rising in exterminating 'followers of misinformation' by blocking their Banks. So it is needed to defend yourself, when you try to find the Truth and spread it. Being able to spread info without ID (Personal access-point) is needed.

In the Hippie-time (In Holland known as PROVO) the news of the movement was on printed A4 pamphlets and distributed on streets. Maybe we need to fall back to that medium...But take care not to show your face, because it is increasingly used as a Personal access-point... Or find ways to disable that system temporary locally by finding and disabling the camera...

Just saying...

Cassandra

PS. PROVO:

The mid-1960s Dutch Provo counterculture movement spread its radical news, ideas, and provocations by treating the city of Amsterdam as a decentralized printing press. The movement relied on a mix of printed ephemera, street performances, and strategic media manipulation to bypass mainstream gatekeepers. I call that movement: Proto-Revolutionary.

Racist or not, Larry is right about what Westerners tend to think about Chinese and Japanese, after all they are 'inscrutable'. Equally, Larry was also the first, I think, to point out the absurdity of the theory that small boats could run drugs to the USA from Venezuela because the vast quantity of fuel they would require to get there would leave no room for drugs. He goes to Moscow, which is fun and may be profitable but bearing in mind what has happened to a series of big audience commentators in the West, also quite brave of him - viz Gonzalo Lira, dead in a Ukrainian prison abandoned by the US Embassy, Julian Assange, prison UK, Craig Murray, prison UK, Scott Ritter, passport confiscated US, Graham Philips UK, Jacques Baud, Switzerland (yes they are so neutral) Xavier Moreau, France, all assets frozen, etc. etc.

IMHO part of the problem is that US based, US, commentators like Col Douglas McGregor, really believe in bringing home the troops and prioritizing domestic problems. Therefore they put out broadcasts that will tend over time to convince other Americans to vote that way. On the other hand when he says that the Chinese (whoever is in power) will never again allow any foreign state to set themselves up in Taiwan, as the Japanese did up until 1945, he means it and I think he is right. It was Japan’s unsinkable aircraft carrier. Be careful what you wish for, Julian, they might come for the cats. Perhaps fortunately deep thinking is very much a minority taste.

Don't get me wrong. I don't deny LJ's abilities or his accomplishments. It's because of that that expect more of him. Of course, there are dangers too. Here in Tokyo, I face some blacklisting and I don't have the kind of media presence tha tLJ does. .

I know, its just that I like his shirts and his taste in films. Being ex CIA I suspect he knows quite a lot about drug running. You know - battling against it and that sort of thing. Take no notice of my maundering - keep on trucking; your doing alright.

In your posting that I just read, you referred to Larry Johnson interviewing people. I have never seen that. I have been following Larry's sonar21.com for the past few years and don't recall him interviewing anyone (although it's true that I have a lousy memory that I attribute to my advanced years). Does he have a different site for that?

Julian Macfarlane's avatar

I probably used the wrong word. LJ doesn't do "interviews" -- in fact, neither does Nima. They do "dialog" (Nima's word)) My bad. Sorry,.

Here is a quick look at 'Prof" Jiang for what it's worth. Jerry's channel gives an interesting look at modern China.

I can make no sense of Jiang Xueqin's theory about Israel's plans for regional hegemony by removing USA from the scene. However one must recognize merits in everybody, and Xueqin has at least one merit: he does something that not many do when he takes into consideration the factor of belief in all this mess, of eschatology to be more exact. One may not find the phenomenon of eschatology interesting at all, or think of any eschatology as rubbish, but it's not wise to dismiss or neglect it as a factor. The reason why China is not after Western style hegemony, or why the later is so unique, is because of eschatology or the lack thereof. (Even the so-called "secular" West is profoundly eschatological - progress, utopia, "the end of history", etc.) The reason why Jews maintained their identity as a minority and survived to establish that monstrosity after millennia is, likewise, their eschatology. I would argue that the reason why Palestinians have resisted, and still do, like no other, is to a large extent their eschatology. Eschatology plays a huge role in Iran's posture as well. Xueqin may be right or not in the way he makes predictions from the different eschatological visions in action, but I respect him for taking the matter seriously and having made some effort to study it.

You raise an interesting point. "Eschatology is the branch of theology and philosophy focused on the ultimate destiny of humanity, the soul, and the universe. Derived from the Greek word eschatos (meaning "last"), it is commonly known as the study of "end times" or "last things" Wikipedia. Eschatology is really a Western thing. "End Times". The Chinese do not have this concept, not in the same way. Not end times -- cycles This also applies to the Japanese.
