Wow! I've read some dumb shit but what you write certainly takes the cake! I guess you missed seeing the videos of the Nazi Russian ship blowing up, right? Ships don't blow up like that if they are "being repaired". They blow up like that when they are packed with explosives, which in this case were Iranian Shahed drones and /or other types of munitions. Second of all, the shooting down of 5 Nazi Russian planes is confirmed by not only the Ukrainians and Western press but also the Nazi Russians themselves. As for Nazi Russia shooting down the 2 Ukrainian planes that blew up the Nazi Russian boat, there is absolutely NO evidence of this happening. There is no video. No photos. No nothing. As always, Nazi Russia lies about it like they lie about everything. How much do they pay you to lie like this? As for who is wining the war, Ukraine - with no navy - has effectively defeated the Russian Black Sea fleet and evicted it from the western part of the Black Sea thus allowing Ukraine to continue shipping its grain and other exports. And there is NOTHING Russia can do about it. Please note that the Nazi Russian ship which was blown to smithereens was located in the south eastern part of the Crimea. So, its an amazing achievement that Ukraine was able to hit and totally destroy this boat so far from free Ukrainian territory. As for Nazi Russia taking Mariinka - they lost tens of thousands of people to take this small town with a pre-Russian Nazi invasion of 9,000 people. Nazi Russia has TOTALLY obliterated the town and there are no more people there. So, there isn't much left to occupy. You really should stop supporting genocidal Russian Nazis!

WOW!

I've never seen so much sheer projection in one comment before, it is something truly to behold.

Dear Andrey, please check some basic literature about the Nazism, their symbols, statements and psychopathology.

That is a very unpleasant comment and adds nothing of any value to the conversation.

Those brain farts are as toxic as the USA’s Love Canal.

The complex molecular breakdown of these farts defies science’s ability to understand its nature!

Glad to see you treat us to fresh air Julian!

According to several Internet sources (pick your favorite)

1. US/NATO controls ISR and prioritizes stand-off weapons targeting.

2. These guided smart missiles were able to avoid detection through the use of NATO ISR directed courses through Russian AD radar gaps.

3. The missiles struck an older transports when they could have just as easily struck Black Sea Warships.

4. The transport was loaded with munitions headed to Syria.

Q; Is it not possible that the US played the Ukrainian Air Forces into destroying an Israeli Enemy’s resupply to avoid the US having to attack the ship in international waters.

That this strike had nothing to do with Ukraine and everything to do with Palestine.

Transport in question had been damaged some years ago, not fully functional, it was dark and was docked for repairs.

Thank you again Julian...

There is a subject that i have followed since the beginning of the SMO.

The possibility of Russia to invade the black-sea coast south of Odessa.

It is strategic, because it connects with Transnistria and Moldova and Rumania certainly will not risk losing their access to the Black Sea by giving the NATO room to fight from their territory.

As is clear now, Putin has Odessa and the Black Sea coast certainly as an important objective.

Russia Fighting the way tot the South-West from Kherson, Mykolajiv and crossing many rivers to the south, without cover for the right-flank, is a nightmare scenario.

They did not give up the West-bank of the Dnjepr river without reason.

Supply for a Major offensive over the Dnjepr river is very risky.

Once the harbours and airfields in the South-West even below Odessa are neutralised, that gives Russia complete control over the Black Sea and in that case the Supply via the Blacks Sea ports has to be done using landing ships, of which Russia did have only a few...

From the start, even in the first weeks of fighting from Crimea, the target of the US-coordinated defence and air/missile attempts, the landing-ships have been the important targets.

Ukrainian Naval Drones and expensive missiles were used to target Landing-ships later on, with some success.

And don't forget the large amount of sea-mines Ukraine set out, preventing themselves to export grain...

And all attempts of using Naval Drones and UAV's to limit Russia's control over the Black Sea.

The recent action was carefully planned weeks before hand and an Anti-Air Patriot system was placed in Kherson to keep the Russian Bombers and fighters away from the place just north of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, from where the 2 converted Ukraine SU34's could fire their British or German Cruisemissiles to reach the landing ship in max range, using US Drone aerial photo's and other info.

The Russians found out and destroyed the whole Patriot system + crew when they tried to sneak back using the train station.

Very complex planning, high risk expensive attack.

It is my strong conviction that the main strategic target of the Ukraine Project was control over Crimea and Sevastopol, the damage brought to Russia has to be seen as secondary.

A last support for this vision is the tolerance from the US/NATO for Erdoğan.

He controls the access to and from the Black Sea (Montreux Convention 1936).

And the infamous Counteroffensive had as target Crimea and the Black Sea, as did the still existing mini-Omaha-beach landing at Krynky. All signals pointing towards the Black Sea.

OK, but maybe it is wrong. I give it a 75% probability...

Sander.

I take anything the "New York Times" reports about Ukraine to be propaganda. The capitalists that own the rag have feverish dreams of our children (not their's) driving on Moscow to overthrow Putin. Ukraine has just served as a cheap vector to fulfilling this dream of opening Russia's vast natural resources to our rapacious corporations. Well, it's not going well at all and that is news they find not fit to print.

I agree. The New York Times is propaganda. The day after I published my article Larry Johnson published one using the same New York Times article as a starting point. He appeared astonished and upset at the writer's litany of lies-- the same kind of stuff that my rather less erudite troll is spewing here-- but which has been circulating in the mainstream media for months. Troll food.

I see the NYT is again rolling out the story of the "stolen children of Ukraine." (Those 6,000 in Russia.) Better than being among the many, many thousands dead in the ranks of the puppet and what seem to me to be generals who don't give a damn about their men's (and few women's) lives. Of course, they also heralded the "major attack" in the black sea while noting the long strategic stronghold loss of Marinka as a "setback."

Yes, I noticed that too. Recycling. That's what they do. Remember how the media did stories on Afghanistan? Nobody talks about it anymore.
