Don’t expect anything until “ukraine” collapses. Russia doesn’t have to compromise and will not. This war is existential for Russians. US/YOUKAY/EU elites are now stupid, short sighted, and extremely vain and selfish, just like most of their citizenry. The “west” is no longer capable of producing statesmen. It hasn’t been capable of producing statesmen since the end of the 20th century.

The end of the 20th Century? I would argue the West stopped producing statesmen around 1914. The United States, insofar as I can tell, has yet to produce a statesman.

I'm going to steal a page from JM Greer's book and quote his lenocracy theory. In a system ruled by pimps, the natural selection promotes pimps only. And the characteristics of a pimp do not align with those required of a statesman, not even remotely: a pimp has to be greedy, for money and /or prestige; cowardly, for he or she would never want to face the consequences of his or her actions; and stupid, for a smart pimp becomes dangerous for the bigger pimp right on top of him in the pecking order.

Staggering is the only way I can describe how wrong Western media have always portrayed Putin. The lies the propaganda & downright falsehoods. Wrote by supposedly educated people. Who actually probably believe they're words are factual. As all of their research is based upon previous bullshit wrote about Putin.

"Supposedly educated" is the keyword.

They are, in fact, NOT educated at all. What is the worth of a degree if it is built entirely on falsehoods, legends, and fairy tales? It would be like me claiming to have a degree in history after having watched the Snow White remake on Disney +.

Perhaps you can investigate and write about Putin's stance on the Palestinian genocide. He seems to avoid talking about Israeli crimes. Is he afraid of the Zios?

Personally: After reading many comments on all sorts of Media. I have understood one thing with regard to Mr Putin.

Most of the world 'wishes' they had a real LEADER.

Jealousy abounds.

White people UK/EU cannot produce a leader. Why?

RACISM.

The fear in GB/USA/EU is BLACK/BROWN people have learned how to talk.

THIS is exactly why most 'white' countries talk endlessly about immigration (which drives me mad)!

WE. (hello people/white people are in a minority) which is why all these western countries are in fear of their lives supported by politicians.

USA just imported Nazis from S.Africa.

Good luck with these people USA!

The UK cannot produce a leader because said leaders still believe their nation is a great power and everytime they try to act like a great power great leader, the rubber hits the road and no one is paying attention to them, complete cognitive dissonance. Do you think Russia spends any time thinking about the UK? China? Even India? Hell no they don't. The UK cannot create great leaders because the UK is no longer great.

Well the United States did import some white people from South Africa, in a gesture both sad and weird. I suppose they’re not going to like it here - few do. The culture shock will be difficult, and they’ll feel like they are living in a fishbowl. Are they real live Nazis? It’s possible. Anything is possible. It’s easy to be one in Nebraska or Idaho or wherever it is they intend to place them. I doubt they’ll do very much in the way of attracting more people to that creed: hating people in common is a slim basis for ongoing authentic deeply rooted friendships. I mean there’s only so much you can talk about before you’ve exhausted the possibilities of a really interesting conversation - they just never really take flight with those people. I’m not worried.

I find it both ironic and hysterically funny how much the Western press and academia like to denigrate Mr. Putin. What have we in the US to be proud of? Our so called "leader" is Trump. I rest my case.

At this moment, we’re in a dark age.

It’s almost like every institution or civic sector is totally inverted or working to destroy civilization rather than build it.

German intellectuals were the most fervent supporters of Nazism ...

Too much of an education alienates you from reality ...

Which is not a sign of a sound, sustainable educational system !!!

BEWARE of "THE EXPERTS" !!!

They know a LOT about very little and ususally turn highly dangerous in positions of power and influence ...

There is one simple question that'll fail almost any 'Western intellectual' - and an exceedingly simple one, as questions go: how do you measure the worth of a nation's leader?

The only viable, measurable and univocal answer is - by how much he/she improved quality of life for all of its people.

That's the only comparable measurement. Putin, unlike any contemporary western leader, gets exceptional results in that regard, and - in my opinion - has already made his legacy.

Yes, he made some - from humanitarian standpoint - very questionable policies (namely hard anti lgbt+ stance). If one truly knows and understands slavic culture - that was to be expected. Not justified or praised in any way, simply expected.
