'“Trust us” the Israelis said. “If you can’t trust them, trust us” said the Americans'.

I can't decide which of those is more hilarious.

I don't write much these days because I am sick of listening to rhetoric. I would advise everyone to do the same.

Let us just watch actions!

The trouble is that the "actions" are hidden behind the rhetoric. To see the actions, you must parse the rhetoric, But I understand your fatigue. We all feel this I think.

It would be dangerously foolish to trust Trump to honor an agreement. Even if he did, which he wouldn't, his deep state installed successors wouldn't. The only solution is to destroy the deep state and their compradors via attrition and strengthening resisting alliances and defenses against their incursions. Let them isolate themselves and wither. And let those foolish enough to be weaponized by them wither with them, Ukraine being an example. This conflict between multipolar and hegemonic is a long game with lessons to teach all about the difference between words and deeds.

Actions speak louder than words.

We do not know what is going on so just 'shut up' and watch!

As I said, "watching" is difficult when so much is hidden, What you "see'" is mediated by...the Media, both mainstream and atl.

A bit about the wooden plank of the pager, it's an olive tree, the most important tree for south Lebanon. In contrast, the cedar tree on our flag represents north Lebanon.

Bibi was saying symbolically is that we own south Lebanon, but the US can have the north.

That's how Lebanese resistance media interpreted it anyway.

Putin, is indeed a fascinating chap. What a pity most westerners only read and believe the MSM bullshit construct, as they do with most "enemy" leaders.

Have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 10 chooks, 2 donkeys, and flocks of parrots, magpies and other birds on my 10 acres in the hinterland - all of which have their own personalities, I understand and would trust more than any western politician.

Judge them by what they do - not what they say!

So far so good...Trump is achieving exactly the opposite of what he set out to do.

Nobody is drilling, neither OPEC+ nor USA shale producers...they are checking the markets. So no oil price drop.

Canada and Mexico are pissed off because of tariffs.

Interest rates aren't dropping since the Fed doesn't seem to sure about inflation rising.

The SMO in Ukraine is happening as it has been happening, with Trump whining about being paid back with minerals. Tough luck, gotta beat the Russians first. Seems they have terms and conditions - who would have thought.

And Gaza is Gaza, let's get real, there is never going to be a solution, it's going to be another century of whittling down the Palestinian population - no politician can solve it.

That gold plated pager and the plaque shows the caliber of people that apparently think they are our 'leaders'.

Just 47 months left of the Donald Trump fake news cycle...🙈🙉🙊

I <heart> servals, but you are correct, they are still wild no matter how civil and charming they are. This big cat sanctuary (in Tampa FL) has closed, but part of the reason was anti-petting zoo legislation - a little bit of good news for this world: https://bigcatrescue.org/

"Netanyahu threatened to resume attacks and Trump backed him up. As a result, a few hours ago at the time of writing, Hamas had released three more hostages as agreed."

Sorry, but Hamas has not released any new hostages yet. Earlier today it just announced that they WILL release 3 hostages, as per ceasefire agreement, on Saturday.

Please see my latest two articles on this topic:

When Trump announced the Gaza 'ownership', it did draw reactions not only from Arab states, but from most of the world - and mostly negative.

If you ever get the Arabs to unite......what will that mean for DSOS?

Remember - what is said publicly is hardly ever the truth - look behind the curtain!

And to give you an idea on how to fight DaDeepState - I got this from Vox Day's site this morning - https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/swamp-apocalypse-wednesday-february

"The Deep State spent the weekend celebrating its judicial bottlenecks, believing it had stalled Trump’s momentum. Instead, they woke up yesterday to three separate existential threats unfolding at the same time."

Read the whole thing.....strange things are happening.....and if they turn out as described......it's about time!

Who can trust Trump?

In the interests of mathematical sociology, an analogous question may be posed:

What is the minimal paper size that will list all who can trust Trump on a single sheet?

On a personal level, my bet is the 31/2'' x 5'' index card.

For our society in general, votes were closely split between a candidate grossly unqualified and one similarly inept, that expressed aspirations to become a dictator on Day 1. The number of pages necessary to list those who trust Trump should dwindle as time progresses.

The situation is fluid. As of yesterday, aid is flowing again & both Hamas & Israel will release prisoners on Saturday. Tricks with tents, supplies, etc are flowing again.

I had copied more than below but lost it:

Ayman Hanideq | Journalist

⬅️Now dozens of trucks loaded with tents are entering through the Zikim checkpoint towards the northern Gaza Strip.🇵🇸

************

As to Trump & Putin, follow Trump's actions. He has agreed to new security architecture to be decided on & delivered between Russia & Eu countries. No US troops or funding.

*He's cut the funding of the CIA regime change & propaganda orgs. *He's pulling US troops out of Syria, exposing Israels flank & potentially cutting their oil supply from al Tanf.

I think his smack talk is deliberate to keep his personal enemies confused.
