Trump doesn't need a peace treaty by March 4. He needs an excuse to wash his hands of it. His claim on "rare earths" as pay back was a trap. Z smelled the trap & started waffling. Yes, no, maybe. You didn't give us 300 or 500 or 700$B; only $100B.
Whatever, Trump will use Z's refusal to pay us back as excuse to cut off any future support, including & especially star link & satellite data.
And like that, without communications & targeting data, the US will be out & Ukr will be EU's baby.
I have my doubts about them cutting Starlink. But ISR ....maybe. It's a big maybe because the US can provide its "allies" with the data and leave it up to them how they use it -- therefore claiming it isn't providing Ukraine with it. In any case, this data does not affect events on the ground that much, where logistics matter most.
I hope Julian's prediction comes true regarding Trump cutting Europe loose. I would call it the "tough love" approach - They made their bed with woke self-hatred and they now get to live in it.
I think that bullet to the head may have given Trump the determination to be historically significant. We shall see.
Thank you. Trump certainly has speeded up the unavoidable collapse. The Monster that has been banned back to London, cannot possibly increase the arms deliveries much and Europeans do not want to fight in Ukraine, where Putin's Iskander Missiles are awaiting them. Anyway... the Lobby-Network Elites that rule Europe still cannot possibly create a policy and strategy that would produce anything but disastrous failures, as we have seen.
I do not think Trump will provoke war with China. He probably will wage a 'trade-war', like the local shops in my town and the various brands do very often.
Trump promised less wars and i think he means ZERO.
Trump does not want a peer-level war— because he couldn’t possibly win, However, some factions, “left” and ‘right” want a kind of a low-grade proxy war over Taiwan enlisting Japan, Korea and the Philippines. That would be a disaster for all three countries in the same way the Ukraine was a disaster for Europe, with the US doing as it did in Europe, raping their economies, with capital, resources, and industry all being taken by the US. That would also be the end of Taiwan as an industrial entity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ms5-Z7sqiww Yanis explains this very well. But I doubt it could be successful. Rather, it will hasten the demise of the US, with further division at home, new moneyed interests competing for power, and the problems of transplanting post-industrial capital into a deindustrialized, ultra-financialized society with the whole idea of reserve currencies, obsolescent.

Donald Trump will end the (Ukraine) War against Russia.
But only to free up the American military to "prepare the theater" for future wars ... like against China or Iran.
This is Obama-style Hope and Change--but donning a MAGA hat.
